COURSES

Want to improve your Dutch?

At Orange language we offer various Dutch language courses. You'll learn words and phrases, pronunciation, grammar and much more. We have courses for beginners (CEF level 0-A2), intermediate (CEF level A2-B1) and advanced (CEF level B1-B2). We also develop workshops and courses for several high-end companies in and around Amsterdam.

  • Skype lessons

    New ! Skype lessons! This summer we'll start with skype lessons. Our experienced and qualified teachers will help you with your Dutch through Skype.
    You can choose between one hour lessons (using a book) or 30 minutes conversation. The first half hour is for free if you enroll in a 10 lesson course, so why not give it a try? 
    Advantages to taking Dutch lessons via Skype are:
    you save time and expenses from simply not having to go anywhere,you ...

    10 lessons (one hour each): 500 euro

    10 lesson (half an hour each) 300 euro

  • Intensive course

     Take an intensive course and make a lot of progress in one week. Our dedicated teachers Francois Stienen and Vanessa Pruijt will teach Monday to Friday  between 9am and 16 pm in a meeting room in stylish hotel in the centre of Amsterdam.  Also, one afternoon we will explore Amsterdam and put what we've learned into practice.
    Books, lunch, drinks etc are included.  You will have have an inspiring week and learn a lot!

     € 1000 for one week (30 hrs)

  • In-company

    Would you prefer to follow a course with your colleagues? Orange Language offers  custom made in-company lessons in and around Amsterdam.

  • Groups

    Orange language offers courses in small groups (5- 8 people) Special offer for summer 2014: 350 for 10 lessons. Apply now and you will get the books for free :)

  • Individual

    Learn Dutch now individually! You can book individual lessons as you personally desire. Meet your teacher every week, practice, and receive homework. Reach your personal goals based on your own schedule and budget. The prices for the individual course start at € 60 up to € 75 p/h, depending on location.

Learn Dutch

Orange Language offers Dutch courses at all levels, anywhere in Amsterdam or Amstelveen. Our specialised teachers are dedicated to teaching Dutch language in a professional yet fun way. We have courses for complete beginners up to and including NT2 exam training and very advanced speaking/writing levels. Orange Language has created a learning environment geared to the participant's level and desires. After our initial Orange Language assessment phase, it's up to you to choose the group most suitable for you. It is our ambition to select for you the best time, location and entry level. You will learn Dutch conversation skills, grammar, writing, reading, and an extensive vocabulary. Our NT2-qualified and experienced teachers will use hands-on methods for the best results. After completion of the course, you will receive our Orange Language certificate that shows your attendance and your language level.

Vanessa Pruijt is the founder of Orange Language. She studied Dutch language and Culture at Amsterdam University and is a qualified teacher. She also has a degree in teaching Dutch as a second language. 

Vanessa has been teaching Dutch as a second language for over 20 years. She is a qualified assessment trainer and an experienced educational project manager. She speaks Dutch, English,  French and  German.
